VIA FTP:
Uploading
files to our FTP site is an
easy way to send very large files to us. Please call our office at
(707) 773-4363 or toll-free at 800-799-9599 and we will be happy to
provide you the access information to our FTP site.
VIA EMAIL:
You can always send your files to your
sales representative via e-mail. Here are some general guidelines which
will help you and
us.
1. If
possible, compress the files you want to send us into one file using
Stuffit (Mac) or WinZip (PC).
These utilities are available for download at no charge from
www.download.com or www.shareware.com.
Be sure to include your working file, any placed graphic or eps files
and all of the fonts used in
the job (including all screen and printer fonts).
2. Files sent via e-mail should not
exceed
10MB.
