JASON GROSSMAN (President) after joining
the Purchasing Department of the family sticker business in 1989, decided it would be wise for the
company to print its own product instead of outsourcing. Starting with one press and one packaging
machine, over the course of a little over 10 years, he added 7 more presses, 2 packaging machines,
and various other key equipment such as the |
| laserweb. Deciding to diversify the product line in 1999, he formed Paragon Label.
In 2003, Jason bought McCoy Label, a key competitor, which helped Paragon instantly double its
size. Surrounding himself with an immensely talented crew, Jason has helped guide Paragon to become
one of the premiere label companies in Northern California.

GARY CANE (General Manager) has been in the
label industry for over 30 years. In that time he has managed print shops in England, Canada, and
California. Gary is a well known figure in the industry and his wisdom and expertise have been
published on several occasions. His work has won countless awards and he continually adds more

MITCHELL ARCHER (Estimator) graduated with
honors from the Flexographic Trade School in Charlotte, North Carolina. A former Printing Press
Operator with both Mrs. Grossman's Paper Company and Paragon Label, Mitch brings his production

THELMA FREEMAN (Pre Press Manager) made a
huge move from Canada to California in 1989, returning to school for a career change, and graduated
from Platt College in San Francisco in the spring of 1996, completing programs in Computer Graphic
Design and Multimedia. Now with almost 10 years of pre-press experience in the label printing
industry, she brought her skills and joined the Paragon |
| Label
Team in the late fall of 2002. She has also designed labels which have received awards from the
Flexographic Trade Association. |
